Livestock production in the municipality is backyard in scale. Only few people are able to raise livestock and poultry in bigger volume due to lack of capital, technical expertise and market. Mostly, families raised poultry and swine for their own consumptions only. The marketing set-up of livestock/poultry in the local market is done through direct negotiation between the buyer and livestock/poultry raiser.
